Went in for an Oil Change at 7 am this morning. I was greeted with a warm welcome. Service was completed and back on the road to work in 30 minutes. I also asked about having my transmission fluids drained not flushed and filled. While my Jeep was up on the lift they took me under it to show me what would have to be done. I really appreciate the coaching as I am an IT person not a mechanic but want to take care of my vehicle. Under $70 for a quality oil change and I trust them. They followed up with the quote for the Transmission Fluid change as promised. Highly recommend this home town shop and would drive from another county to use them.

I have taken a few of my vehicles to them. They are always professional. I have had a repair in the past where the part was a manufacturer defect. They replaced the part and labor under warranty work. This is a very trustworthy business.

Don, Will ,John, and Collin are all very good at customer service and getting to me with whatever I need! Be it personal vehicle or my bus! They are Awesome about getting to me right away and finding out what is going on and getting it fixed and back to me! Also love they will come get your vehicles and bring them back to you alway’s! That is worth it’s price in gold to me! I don’t have to worry about any of that! What a relief and nothing to worry about finding how or someone to come get you or pick you up! They have been my and Kevin’s go to for over 30 something years! Not many businesses can say or stand on that! They even can come to your work and get your vehicle and bring back to you while you are working! Not sure how far they go for this but I know teachers and businesses all around Morristown,Indiana that they have and do that! What a relief and a true blessing to all of us! We also have all although different ages, went and go to school either graduated here or our kids or both and grandkids so also fun running into them at sports events! I am pleased with the work done. My wife drove the car yesterday and was at 70 mph on the interstate. It ran so smoothly as before it would feel as it was coming apart. I also enjoyed meeting the staff, seems we knew each other for years. Thank you for taking care of us.
